Sola joins SoCal with her sister Lydia to build the 17s and 18s program. A three-time All-American Setter and 2002 GSAC Player of the Year at Point Loma Nazarene University, Sola has both the player and coaching experience to help our athletes through the recruiting process as they get ready to go to college. A 5-year coach at North County Volleyball Club, Sola is passionate about providing young women the same opportunities she had to pursue an education through athletics.
A Rancho Buena Vista High School alumn and North County Volleyball Club player, Sola understands the need for a safe and professional club experience for the girls in the community she grew up and lives in.
The joy of her life, Megan Jo, will certainly be seen running around the courts of SoCal for years to come.
